1、 Customer Service Manager
Mission:
The customer service manager has the responsibility to actively create the conditions for a successful shopping experience, through securing the highest possible level of customer service in the areas of responsibility. -To provide clear customer communication to support an enjoyable shopping experience for the visitor. -To secure a friendly return and exchange policy. -To make sure that the co-workers within the area have a customer friendly attitude. -To make sure the delivering services is efficient and effective -To provide good service to our visitors and customers for the lowest possible costs The customer service manager has human resource responsibility for his/her people and to supervise, develop and inspire his/her team. The customer service manager reports to the sales support manager and has a matrix relationship with SO.

2、Good Flow Manager Mission: -Goods Flow Manager is responsible to lead the goods flow group . -Goods Flow Manager secures efficient low-cost goods flow processes to support store in selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability. -Goods Flow Manager is responsible for building up the team and developing and motivating co-workers -Goods Flow Manager reports to the Logistics Manager

3、Goods Administration Manager: Mission: -Goods Administration Manager is responsible to lead goods administration team. -Goods Administration Manager secures Service Level goals to support store in selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability. -Goods Administration Manager is responsible for building up " Goods Admin team" and developing/motivating co-workers in the team. -Goods Administration Manager reports to Logistics Manager

4、Logistics Manager: Mission: -Through the Company Business Idea and HR idea, Logistics Manager is responsible to lead the logistics department in the store, which carries out the in-store logistics mission. -Logistics Manager secures Service Level goals, efficient low-cost goods flow processes in the company store to support store in selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability. -Logistics Manager reports to the Store Manager, and has a matrix relationship with the Country Logistics Manager. -Logistics Manager is responsible of building up "logistics team" and developing/motivating logistics people.
Knowledge & Skill: -5 years logistics management experience -Analyst skill -Excellent Communication Skill -Service Mindset
5、Operation Manager Mission: -The Operation Manager is the owner of safety and security within the store and holds the responsibility to keep the store as ‘in shape as new’, in order to maintain a high level in and around the store. -The Operation Manager will lead the store in being cost conscious and to focus on cost efficiency in energy, safety & security and maintenance costs. -The Operation Manager reports to the Sales Support Manager and has a matrix responsibility to SO. The Operation Manager has human resource responsibility for his/her people and to supervise, develop and inspire his/her team.
Knowledge & Skill: -Have experience of similar function in a service organization. -Having experience of managing people. -Good communicator -See the “big picture”
6、Business Controller Mission: -The Controller steers and controls the store and restaurant performance. -The Controller ensures the methods for operating the store reflect profitability and cost control. Ensuring that the daily operation is efficient, cost effective and in accordance with Company’s policy and procedures. -The Controller reports to the Sales Support Manager and has a matrix responsibility to the S.O. The Controller has human resource responsibility for his/her people and to supervise, develop and inspire his/her team.
Knowledge & Skill: -Financial or related Background BA degree. -Experience of managing people. -Good analyst ability -Good communicator -See the “big picture” -Detailed orientated
7、Sales Department Manager Mission:
The position is the owner of their area of the Company store. Through their passion for retailing and knowledge of our range and local market, they are responsible for selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability. -To ensure that the company product range is presented and communicated as ‘one range’. -To secure the development of sales growth within the area. -To provide visitors and customers with a satisfying shopping experience, and to be the guardian of customer satisfaction within the area. -To provide the customer with a straightforward easy buying experience within the area of responsibility -To maximize Sales and Gross Profit to reach and exceed the agreed targets for the store The position reports to the Sales Manager and has a matrix relationship with the Sales Leader. Knowledge & Skill: -3 years retail experience -Previous experience of managing people within a service organsiation -A comprehensive understanding of the Retail Concept and apply it to the local market situation. -Successful track record of coaching and developing' people. -Excellent communicator
8、Sales Manager Mission: -The owner of the Sales Area of the company store. -Through the passion for retailing and knowledge of the range and local market, the Sales Manager is responsible for selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability. -The Sales Manager reports to the Store Manager and has a matrix responsibility to the Sales Manager S.O. The Sales Manager has human resource responsibility for their people and to supervise, develop and inspire their team.
Knowledge & Skill: -3 years retail experience store and service office -Successful track record of 'coaching and developing'people. -Excellent communicator
9、Sales Support manager Mission: -The sales support manager has the responsibility to provide a safe, secure and customer friendly environment for visitors, customers and coworkers. -To ensure that the store runs without any disruption due to equipment, installations etc. -To ensure a high standard of service level for visitors/customers before, during and after their shopping. -Overall responsible for the fulfillment of the financial goals in the store and to secure that the store operates in an efficient and optimized way -To provide the store with all needed information and professional support in order to maximize the sales and gross profit -The position reports directly to the store manager and has a matrix relationship to the different functions in the SO. The sales support manager has human resource responsibility for his/her people and to supervise, develop and inspire the team.
Knowledge & Skill: -At least 5 years experience in similar job, finance experience is preferable. -Experience of managing people within a service organisation. -Good analyzer and give directions -Good communicator

Mission: This position shall secure a high visual and communicative level both in the company Store and on the site. -Ensure the commercial and aesthetic appearance of the company Store reinforces the unique company Retail Identity through creative and inspiring range presentation the company way. -Combine and present the company home furnishing range in an exciting, vibrant and creative manner to reflect and reinforce the company range, versatility and functionality of products and inspire the target group to make their buying decision. -Ensure Store promotions capture the campaign vision in a creative and inspiring way. Ensure Store activity and marketing plans are implemented effectively, meet requirements, standards and time schedules. -Ensure all decision making reflects a cost – conscious approach and budgets are reviewed and assessed to ensure they contribute to increasing profitability. -Attract develop and inspire your people
Knowledge and Skill: -Highly developed knowledge of interior design and home furnishing trends -3-5years retail Interior Design / Visual merchandising experience. -To work creatively, strategically and operationally. -Passion for Home Furnishings
