Skills & Requirements任职资格： - College degree and above; 大专及以上学历； - 5+ years management experience of retail industry, at least 2 years SGM experience; 5年以上零售行业管理经历，至少2年店总经验； - Be proficient in all kinds of operation processes and procedures in shopping floor; 精通卖场各项营运管理流程； - Strong execution; 很强的执行力； - Strong communication skills and quickly learning capability; 很强的沟通技能和快速学习能力； - Analytical and strategic thinking skills and well analysis abilities in complex information environment; 有分析和战略思考的能力，对外界综合信息有很好的分析能力； - Be able to deliver real change; 能推动真正的变革； - Customer and sales oriented mind; 顾客和业绩导向； - Be able to bear greater working pressure; 能承受较大的工作压力； - Be willing to transfer in East China; 愿意在华东地区调动； - Good English is a plus. 英文良好者优先。
