昨天，温州首家大型O2O网络实体互联购物商场—万膳购物广场，在南塘街1、2、3号楼负一层正式开业。据悉，万膳未来将在社区成立24小时送货到家的社区体验店，围绕“网络商城+大型购物广场+社区体验馆”O2O电子商务模式，构建集电子商务、购物、百货、餐饮、娱乐等为一体的温州本地商业生态圈。
市民李女士购物时经常遇到这样的烦恼：网购实惠、便捷，但有时买的跟看的有较大差别；逛实体店要精挑细选，自己又没那么多时间，颇为纠结。万膳商城能够解决像李女士这样的购物烦恼。
O2O全称为Online to Offline，即将线下商务机会与互联网结合在一起，它弥补了网购中缺乏体验的弊端，同时享受到网购的便捷、优惠。万膳商场负责人介绍，消费者可以先在万膳线上商城选好货，再到实体店万膳购物广场体验，同城线上支付线下提货，方便又实在。
作为万膳商城线下布局的核心，万膳购物广场位于印象南塘街1、2、3号楼地下一层，毗邻温州大南商圈和时代商圈。该商场集仓库物流、陈列展示、综合服务、信息管理于一体，而且独家首创商城6点早市工程，早上6点钟开门营业，为市民提供绿色农家生鲜。
“线上下单，线下当天提货，经营生鲜类产品是万膳商城的特色。”万膳商城负责人介绍。按照规划，线下店将开到社区门口。未来万膳商城将在全城布局社区体验馆，就近为消费者提供商品选购、便民增值服务等支持24小时送货到家，成为市民的好邻居。据介绍，万膳线上商城经营箱包、服饰、家电、数码、母婴等全品类，每天更新最热最新商品，定期推出缤纷优惠活动，满足网购群体一站式多样化的购物需求，同时也是当前温州首家统一采购、统一运营、全托管自营的大型网络购物平台。
