6、如何做到垂直陈列
以左为准：陈列商品时以货架的左端为起点；

宁松勿紧：商品不要互相遮挡，展示商品全部外观
宽处找齐：（不规则商品）陈列时通过适当加大面宽来使商品垂直。
7、定时补货与定点补货
