为了吸引消费者购买健康食品,两位来自新墨西哥州大学的研究人员采用一些富有创意的“小手段”,试图潜移默化地影响人们的购买行为。
他们使用的方法包括在购物车内放置一个约一英尺宽的镜子,以防止人们被购物的快感冲昏头脑,提醒他们自己来此的真正目的;此外,研究人员还在购物车里张贴海报,告知消费者农产品的销售数量,并在地上涂上大大的绿色箭头,引导人们前往农产品购买区。
据新墨西哥州的试点超市称,采用这种手段后,超市农产品的销量在一周内上升了10%。
